  You've done a really good job putting together a 'theme park' experience that is unrivaled in this area. My girlfriend and I went with another couple for the haunted house, haunted corn maze and corn shooting. The lineups/wait times hurt the immersion a bit but overall very well done. I realize that you've 'put a lot of thought' into your costs, which is what I would expect any business who wants to balance profitability would do. That being said, it pays to readily give refunds when customers ask rather than using minimum wage staff as human barriers to deal with disagreements. If someone is rained on before they can enjoy the day, you simply eat the costs if people come back dissatisfied. No it's not your fault and yes you can try to post disclaimers or create policies in order to push the burden off to the customer, but it's more professional for you to just eat it. It's just the cost of doing business. Don't argue with your guests.

  Overall I was pretty impressed. Lots of space for kids to play, handled the crowd well, and once your in, additional costs for food / drink, nothing else.

  Kustermans Berry Farms is an extraordinary option for outdoors entertainment for a whole family day. There are two mazes with original designs every year... and lots of other fun things to do. Children can interact with farm animals such as pigs, hens, goats; and others who are not that farm related as exotic birds and ostrich. I went with my family during last autumn and we spend a great day together.
